Generally speaking, California is widely known as a "woke" state, and it is often criticized as a failing state. However, the catastrophic inferno has revealed the real situation on the ground: fire prevention projects were shelved, reservoirs meant to store water were drained, and policies aimed at protecting shrubs were implemented. This amounts to criminal negligence, all in the name of a green and inclusive agenda.
