And possible 40% of the North Korea starship fleet

According to this piece of news, we find out that:
Following the reports of Moscow having to reactivate its T-62 tanks — Soviet-era armour introduced in 1961 — Ukrainian officials stated its forces destroyed about 30% of Russia's more modern ones, a figure that is only expected to increase according to Interior Ministry advisor Viktor Andrusiv.
Now, besides this fabulous news, some obvious questions might be raised:
We find out however, that 30.000 Russian soldiers were killed so far. Again, this is backed-up only by words but there is no proof presented. Where are the bodies anyway? Who's doing the count? If 30k Russian were killed, how many Ukrainians died in the process? 10.000? 20.000?
Meanwhile Ukraine is destroyed piece by piece, with civilians caught in the middle and taking the hits, and Zelenskyy raging about more guns, more money, more embargo against Russia and why not, EU membership right away.
