Recently the great (long time resigned) Dutch government started to think about transforming the corona pas from a 3G type to a 2G one. In other (dutch) words....
The 2G will drop the negative testing in the last 24h, and keep only the requirements to be vaccinated, OR recovered from an infection (these in Austria seems to be already limited in time).
That means they don't longer about who's infected or not, only about who's vaccinated or not. They're dropping the only item that could potentially make sense: the testing. Being vaccinated is officially acknowledged that is not enough to prevent transmission of the virus, and the jabbed ones can still infect others (with QR codes or not).
But yeah! We care about the people to be vaccinated.
Maybe you're asking yourself why so much bother when the most majority (~85%) of the population is already vaccinated. Well, the answer is simple: they are vaccinated for this year! The ground should be prepared for this category of population to be willing to take the jabs every year from now on!

p.s. starting from today (12.Nov.2021) they are imposing again more rules lockdown-type. Because after 2 years of Corona and countless vaccines, measures and such, the result is a completely failure.
