I don't know if this is intentionally or not (to try to look hipster and inclusive by being exclusive or whatever), but NOT ten thousands people reported irregularities, BUT ten thousands women! I know for some is hard to believe, but only women can actually have menstruation. And all women are people, but not all the people are women (they are roughly have of the world's population).
